    DISTmio finds the cinema, film and booking, and remembers name variants and each sender's column layout.

Questions about results

What happens when a cinema reports late?

The week stays unknown, never zero, and appears in the results calendar and on your Today page, ready for a reminder.

What is the difference between preliminary and final results?

Every import is marked preliminary or final. Final figures replace preliminary ones instead of being added to them, and you can compare the two day by day.

How do reported results compare with your monitoring?

DISTmio shows where a cinema reported fewer admissions than tickets sold. Only your team sees this comparison.

Can I undo an import?

Yes. Before undoing, you see which rows disappear, which older figures return and which approved settlements used them.
