FFA levy from net
Each cinema carries its FFA rate, or the FFA amount it reports. DISTmio takes the levy from net box office before the rental share, so the basis matches the cinema's settlement.
DISTmio settles German cinemas the way the trade does: FFA levy from net, Nebenkosten and VAT on the total, built for the eInvoice Kinobranche 1.09 / eTB standard.

Confirmed bookings export as eTB files built for the eInvoice Kinobranche 1.09 standard. If you work with booking agencies, DISTmio prepares one weekly eTB bundle per agency.
Bookings, play weeks and prolongations run Thursday to Wednesday, with prolongations counted in play days.
Rent invoices carry 7% VAT for FSK-rated films and 19% for films without an FSK rating. When the cinema's settlement shows its own rate, that rate is used.
DISTmio takes the Kasse, removes the ticket VAT, deducts the FFA levy from net and applies your rental share, then adds Nebenkosten such as SPIO, advertising and freight before VAT on the total. EVA30 settlements from cinemas are checked against these figures.
DISTmio prepares the monthly FFA figures for each film, from Bundesstart to admissions and box office for the month and to date. For funded films it fills the D.9 Erlösabrechnung worksheet and puts the deadline on your task list.

Rent invoices go out as XRechnung or ZUGFeRD, or are issued in the invoicing program you already use. Payments are matched by TB number, and at month end your accountant gets a DATEV export.
Every booking grid, play week and TB number follows the Thursday week, and prolongations are counted in play days.
Yes. DISTmio is built for the eInvoice Kinobranche 1.09 / eTB standard: it writes eTB booking confirmations and reads EVA30 settlements with their arithmetic checked.
A film without an FSK rating is invoiced at 19% VAT, an FSK-rated film at 7%. When the cinema's settlement shows its own rate, DISTmio uses it and flags any difference from your FSK data.
Yes. Cinemas are assigned to their booking agency, which then has its contacts, bookings and results in one place, plus one weekly eTB bundle with all its confirmations.
