Built for Polish film distribution

DISTmio settles Polish cinemas with the 1.5% PISF levy, sends your rent invoices to KSeF and exports them to the accounting program your bookkeeper already uses.

What a Polish distributor needs

Invoices sent to KSeF

Each rent invoice is sent to KSeF as FA(3), and the KSeF number comes back on the invoice.

PISF levy in every settlement

The 1.5% PISF levy is deducted in the settlement before your share, so the basis matches the cinema's report.

Friday cinema week

Booking grids, play weeks and holdovers run Friday to Thursday, the way Polish cinemas programme.

White list and NBP rates

Payers are checked against the VAT white list, bank accounts included. Invoices in a foreign currency get the NBP rate of the previous day, frozen on the invoice.

Polish settlement

From box office to KSeF invoice

DISTmio takes the box office reported by the cinema, removes the ticket VAT and the 1.5% PISF levy, and applies your share, guarantee or flat fee week by week. Approved settlements become rent invoices that you send to KSeF in one click.

  • Weekly shares, minimum guarantees and flat fees
  • Foreign-currency invoices with the NBP rate
  • KSeF invoices of a period in one ZIP

Questions

Poland: common questions

How do invoices reach KSeF?

DISTmio sends them under your company's KSeF access, added once, and shows the KSeF number and status on each invoice.

Can our bookkeeper keep using Optima or Rewizor?

Yes. DISTmio exports invoices and payments in the formats those programs import, including JPK_V7M for Optima, so nothing is typed twice.

Is the PISF levy deducted before our share?

Yes. DISTmio takes the 1.5% PISF levy from net box office before your share is applied, as on Polish cinema reports, and shows each step week by week.
