Common questions about the portal
Does the cinema pay for its portal account?
No. The portal account is free for the cinema. You invite people from the cinema card and can withdraw their access at any time.
Can one cinema work with several distributors?
Yes. A cinema sees its bookings from every distributor that invited it in one place. Server certificates and screen details are entered once and serve all of them.
What can a cinema see?
Only its own bookings, offers and documents. In a complaint about a settlement or invoice it sees your replies and files, never your internal notes.
What if a cinema is not in the portal yet?
It can ask for access on the portal's login page, or you invite it from the cinema card. Until then, it answers through the personal links in your e-mails.
